Donations
Lovingkindness Ministries was originally started with the idea that donations, while welcome, would not be essential- at least not in the first 2-3 years, as it seemed as though God had provided through the founders' real estate investments. However, like many others throughout the U.S., these have suffered greatly from the general real estate meltdown, and resources once thought certain to be there have disappeared. Through all of this, God has showed us that one small part of the Body cannot function well in isolation- that the Body must function as a unit, and that we truly need each other.
Lovingkindness Ministries, Inc., was registered in February, 2006, in the Philippines as a non-profit, non-stock corporation, with the stated primary purpose of ministering to street children and homeless families. Since that time we have added feeding missions, education, disaster relief and medical emergencies to our mission. In the U.S. it enjoys non-profit (501(c)(3)) status through its partner Indiana registered non-profit organization, Lovingkindness Ambassadors, Inc. Please let us know if you wish to make a non-cash, tax deductible donation. We will do our best to accomodate you. Please visit our About Us page for more information about our vision, mission and activities.
Your donations help support Lovingkindness Ministries in its mission of outreach and caring for street children and homeless in the Philippines, along with disaster relief operations as the needs arise. At the present time we have several crucial needs- some one-time, and some ongoing. For a current breakdown of sponsorship opportunities and current needs, see our Sponsorship page.
Please let us know if you wish for your gift to be designated to a particular purpose or project, or if you wish to sponsor a family ($100 - $250/mo) or to partially or fully sponsor a child ($25 - $75/mo). We will always do our utmost to honor your request, and will not use it for any other purpose without first contacting you and obtaining your consent.
(We maintain meticulous financial records, and make these available to donors or potential donors upon request.)
